Proposed destination — concept stage

Commitments

Responsibility and open assessments

At concept stage the honest position is to state commitments and name what remains unresolved.

Animal welfare

Every proposed species — marine and tropical — is subject to independent welfare, sourcing and habitat assessment before any commitment. No approval has been obtained.

Environment and energy

Climate control, water use, marine impact and energy demand are named feasibility questions rather than solved claims.

Accessibility

Step-free routes, accessible boarding, assistive provision, clear wayfinding and bilingual information are design commitments across every experience.

Truthful communication

No opening dates, prices, visitor numbers, reviews, awards, licences or official partnerships are published, because none exist.

Proposed marine and tropical species, including orcas, are subject to independent welfare, sourcing and habitat assessment. No handling, sourcing or exhibition approval has been obtained.
